Omnichannel platform that allows a food chain to increase its average sales ticket through various channels


Development of an application available on IOS and Android that allows customers of Domino's Pizza Portugal to make orders quickly and easily, schedule delivery time, save favorite orders, make payment quickly and track orders in real time. This new sales channel for the Portuguese market is aligned with the brand's expansion plan in Portugal and contributes to the digital transformation of Daufood, improving the customer experience with an omnichannel strategy. The first version of this application has been well received by brand customers with 900 downloads on the first day of activation.

Enzyme has also collaborated with Daufood on other projects to enhance its omnichannel strategy with the development and implementation of self-service kiosks at the point of sale in Portugal and Austria, and the digitization of the call center that manages the entry of orders with a unique application in Portugal.
